Working with Spana, the overseas animal welfare charity, Bluefrog developed a new supporter newsletter with amazing results. To date, income is double the original target and three times higher than achieved last year.
This phenomenal success is due to a change in emphasis, turning the newsletter into a fundraising communication rather than an information piece. The content was truly donor-centric, demonstrated ongoing need and ease of response. Twice as many supporters made a donation compared to last year, alongside a significant increase in average gift.
